Edouard-Nicolas has been accompanying Retail leaders in building their teams for the past 20 years. He was a consultant at Alexandre TIC, spent 15 years as a Partner at Transearch International and at Headlight International France. For the past few years, he has also been searching for senior Executives, non Executive Directors as well as Advisory Boards members.
Edouard-Nicolas enjoys travelling and sharing his passion for Retail Executive Search. He was an official blogger at the National Retail Federation's Big Show held annually in New York. He received a Leadership Award at the Asian Retail Congress in Mumbai in 2016, and he writes regularly for business media.
He began his career in the Accor group as a sales manager. Subsequently, he established his start-up which has helped companies find a distributor in Australia, a country he knows well, having traveled there close to 30 times. He was a winner at the French Ekiden Championship.(Marathon relay race).
Pere is an MBA graduate from IESE. After a 20 year line management career in several international companies, he turned to Executive Search in 2005, to found the Spanish office of Headlight International in 2009.
He has an extensive experience of Executive Search in the Industrial, Medical and Retail industries. Since 2013 his main focus has been the Retail industry, where he has managed to develop an important network of management contacts among the large and small fast-fashion Spanish brands, placing Execs both locally and internationally.
Always curious about new developments and technologies, Pere is also an active teacher in the Master of Neuromarketing, the new frontier in marketing; in his free time, he is passionated by water sports.
Neil is a leading Retail Executive Search specialist worldwide. He has developed an impressive and reactive network of Retail Talents, stretching to the four corners of the globe. His experience enables him to be efficient and relevant, whether in Germany, India, China, the Middle East, Kazakstan or Nigeria. Neil became an Executive Search consultant in 2002 and, in 2007, he founded his own firm, Global Retail Recruitment, specializing in the search for leaders in distribution.
Fast-acting and enduring, Neil is also an accomplished athlete with several Ironman competitions under his belt.
